The short version: the risk calculator keeps your answers in your own browser, and anything you send through the contact form is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
Who is responsible
phpvulnerability.co.uk is operated by CyPro Ltd, a cyber security consultancy registered in England and Wales. CyPro Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
The risk calculator
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The version number and answers you give it are not sent to us, not stored and not used to contact or test any website.
Messages you send us
The contact form sends us the name, email address, organisation, phone number and message you enter, and booking a call shares the details you give in the booking form. We use them to answer you and, if you ask us to, to scope work for you. They are not added to marketing lists without your agreement, and we do not sell personal data.
Bot protection on the form
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, is sending the form. To do that it can look at technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics, under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies unless you choose to allow analytics on the cookie banner. If you do, analytics shows us which pages people use, so we know which guidance to keep up to date.
How long we keep it
Message details are kept while we need them to deal with your message or any work that follows, then deleted in line with CyPro Ltd's retention policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or limit how we use it. Send any request through the contact page.
